Return and Refund Policy

At BuyItSigned.com your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

As a valued customer you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

All returns must be initiated by emailing Info@buyitsigned.com

Please do not send items back before initiating a return.

Standard Collectibles Return Policy:

• Item must be in the original packaging.
• Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item must be returned and received without damage.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping cost when returning item.
• Shipping fees are non refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Credits may take 3-5 business days to process and/or be visible based on your card issuer's policies. 

Customized Orders Return Policy:

• Custom orders are not eligible for return.
• If a custom order is damaged during shipping BuyItSigned.com will replace with an identical item at no cost additional cost.

Damaged Collectibles Return Policy:

• Please contact info@buyitsigned.com if your item is damaged in shipping.
• When emailing please explain damage to product and provide photo(s).
• The Buy It Signed team will work diligently to replace the item with an identical item at no additional cost.
• You will be provided a prepaid label to return the damaged collectible you received.
