At BuyItSigned.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our return policy below for guidance on returning items.

1. General Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be initiated via email at info@buyitsigned.com. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
• The item must be returned undamaged.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's processing times.

3. Customized Orders Return Policy
Please note that customized orders are not eligible for return.
If a custom order is damaged during transit, BuyItSigned.com will replace it with an identical item at no additional cost to you. Please refer to the section below on our Damaged Collectibles Return Policy for more details.

4. Damaged Collectibles Return Policy
If you receive a damaged collectible, please contact us immediately at info@buyitsigned.com.
In your email, please provide a description of the damage along with photos of the item. Our team will work promptly to replace the damaged item with an identical one at no additional charge. Additionally, a prepaid return label will be provided to return the damaged item to us.
